Vincentcare Community Housing

VincentCare Community Housing's (VCCH's) principal activity during the year was to provide social and affordable housing for disadvantaged people in Victoria. VCCH is a registered Housing Provider managing a number of properties and provides tenancy support to clients. These include transitional housing properties, a rooming house, independent living units and head leased properties. VCCH works in conjunction with VincentCare Victoria and other community organisations in the provision of housing support to people experiencing disadvantage. VCCH continues to provide the private rental access program and brief intervention, building linkages with real estate agents to source rental properties and provide financial assistance to clients to gain private rental
