Victorian Youth Symphony Orchestra Inc.

We held three concerts during the reporting period, thus meeting our charitable aims to provide a friendly space for young musicians to pursue their musical endeavors and a way to share these with their friends and family. We also participated in two recording sessions of new music by student composers, thus fulfilling our charitable purpose to foster the talents of emerging young composers by giving them a high quality recording to add to their portfolios. We held multiple open rehearsals specifically geared towards young musicians leaving high school or in university, fulfilling our charitable goals to encourage young musicians to continue developing their musical abilities, by practising and performing for their peers and the community.
