VCC Emergencies Ministry (VCCEM) provides compassion in times of crisis to disaster and emergency affected Victorians through the provision of psychosocial support; including psychological first aid (PFA), emotional and spiritual care, outreach and personal support as part of the disaster and emergency response, relief, recovery and outreach services to all to all disaster and emergency affected Victorians as a named agency in the State's Emergency Management Plan (SEMP).
