Victorian Animal Aid Trust

In the 2023/24 Financial Year Animal Aid received 4441 animals into our care. 1489 animals were reunited with their owner and 2210 were adopted into new homes. Our live release rate was 96.5% for dogs and 83% for cats. Our veterinary clinic performed 1567 welfare surgeries and undertook 10000+ consultations, health checks and vaccinations for welfare animals. We provided low/no cost desexings for150 felines to assist in reducing unwanted kitten litters. Through community engagement, we have continued to promote enjoyably and responsible pet ownership.
