Disability Support: We provide a wide range of community based supports for people with a wide range of disabilities across much of SE NSW and the ACT, always with the goal of keeping people living in, and connected to their local communities. The main elements of this support were Supported Independent Living, recreation and leisure, transition from school into the workforce, supported employment and short term accommodation/respite. Aged Care and Support: We supported a large number of older Australians in SE and Southern NSW to remain safely living in their own homes and engaging with their local communities. Community Transport: We provided a wide variety and configuration of trips, across much of SE and Southern NSW and into the ACT, to enable frail aged and transport disadvantaged members of the community to remain connected to their community, specialist services and safely living at home.
