The programs we provide our retirees (third agers) give them opportunities to stay physically, mentally and socially engaged and remain healthier, happier and living independently in their own homes for longer. We support our membership to learn, teach, share, have fun and stay fit in a safe relaxed, friendly and stimulating environment. Our 100% volunteer run organisation annually provides a broad range of 200+ low cost education classes, activities, excursions and workshops that utilise and share the experience, passion and knowledge of our membership and local community.
