The aim of Tully Nursing Home Inc's Committee of Management, Maagenment and staff is to provdie the highest standard of aged care services, whilst upholding the dignity, privacy and personal rights of the consumer and their relatives. Consumer care will be approached with consideration to their physical, emotional, spiritual and socioeconomic needs, regardless of colour, creed, nationality, sexuality and gender. We promote active participation and contribution from all management, care staff, hospitality staff, consumers, relatives and visitors by inviting them to share with us their suggestions for improvement. We believe that education, training, motivation and support of all staff underpins all our endeavours to achieve resident satisfaction.
