Trustees of Mary Aikenhead Ministries

The principal objects of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and the Body Corporate are to: (a) continue the mission of Jesus Christ and assume responsibility to further the health and aged care, education and welfare ministries of the Sisters of Charity of Australia and of any other Member, to which Mary Aikenhead Ministries succeeds; (b) ensure that the Services conducted by the Civil Entities operate in conformity with the teachings, discipline and laws of the Roman Catholic Church; (c) continue to build on the charism and sound traditions of the Sisters of Charity Australia; (d) assume responsibility at canon law for the Services; and (e) remain open and responsive to the needs of the poor and disadvantaged.
