Trustee for Geelong Cats Community Foundation

To promote the prevention and control of, including but not limited to mental health & wellbeing and other lifestylerelated diseases, in human beings and in particular: i. To provide preventative strategies in Mental Health for Foundation to Year 12 students, building young peoples capacity to deal with adversity. ii. To advance knowledge and to promote public awareness in respect of mental health, mental illness and resilience; iii. To provide support for disadvantaged persons in Australia, including but not limited to disadvantaged youth, migrants, refugees and indigenous communities residing in Geelong and surrounding areas, suffering from or otherwise affected by disease, including but not limited to heart disease and other lifestylerelated diseases; and iv. To carry out such other activities from time to time which further its health promotion; and (b) To provide support or relief, and advance the welfare of socially or economically disadvantaged persons in Australia, including but not limited to indigenous members of the community, refugees and migrants, and in particular: i. To provide support and relief by providing social inclusion programs; ii. To promote cultural connection to empower indigenous youths; iii. To advance knowledge and to promote public awareness of the Cats Reconciliation Action Plan and closing the gap matters; and iv. To carry out such other activities from time to time which furthers the purpose of the Foundation
