TFA provides technical consultancy to our partners, and sources international expert lecturers, clinical educators and supervisors, mentors and trainers to work with undergraduate and postgraduate degree academics and students at Vietnamese partner universities; and continuing professional development workshops and presentations to Vietnamese speech language therapists, scholarships and clinical resources in English and Vietnamese to support clinical treatment of patients with communication and swallowing disorders. Increasingly TFA is supporting Vietnamese SLTs to take up these roles as their knowledge and skills are developed through our train the trainer model of learning and knowledge transfer.
