* Formulation and development of school policies and the school improvement plan * Establishing and reviewing the school's objectives, priorities and strategic direction * Fostering in the school's community an understanding of the value and benefits of education and the importance of cooperation between teachers, students, parents and the wider community * Fundraising for the direct benefit of the school and its students and determining how those funds will be used through these activities went into the enrichment of the local school community.
