The Company is established for public charitable purposes of providing benevolent relief to people in need due to distress, poverty, or some other disadvantage arising from sickness, disability, destitution, suffering, misfortune, or helplessness, which it may pursue through (for example): the provision of information about available options for ineligible clients when undertaking screening processes; the provision of services that are friendly, personalised, high quality and of a consistent standard to eligible members of the target beneficiary group through providing a transport service; and lobbying, advocating and informing existing agencies and the public about accessible and responsive transport services and options.
