Townsville Dementia Support Group Inc.

In 2024 we continued to build on the efforts of the previous year, promoting our profile within the local and regional area. We held successful Open Information sessions (free of charge) and have consolidated a strong sense of community for our members. We have also commenced a trial period of subsidised counselling for those who can not afford, or are delayed, access to private practices. We are extending our outreach to GP's and other professionals and increasing awareness to sufferers that they are not alone.
