Tough Guy Book Club Limited

Tough Guy Book Club brought together men from both regional and city chapters throughout Australia to create connectivity within the communities. New Chapters continued to be opened and there are now 110 Chapters in Australia, an increase of 17 from last year. The promotion of both mental and physical health was achieved through Monthly Challenges and connectivity. The promotion of Men's mental and physical health was also promoted by 160+ members who attended a residential Camp run during the year. Chapter meetings held each month to discuss the book that every chapter had read, continued to promote friendships and relief of isolation and loneliness for those who attended.
