Toganmain Woolshed Precint Incorporated

In a significant milestone, the Association achieved a long term goal of completing the subdivision and taking ownership of the Woolshed and shearers quarters precinct. There has been significant progress in preservation works to protect and stabilise the Woolshed structure and outbuildings and also to clear and maintain the grounds surrounding the precinct. Multiple working bees were held throughout the year with the combination of local volunteers and many others travelling from around Australia bringing their passion and trade skills to the project. It was also a year where we were able to create material community engagement and knowledge of our project. Notably, in November 2023, the ABC s Landline program visited the site to do a story on our project to restore Toganmain and film our works on the woolshed.
