We operated Employment Programs to assist disadvantaged Job seekers and unemployed youth acquire core life and social skills, as well as formal employment training and on site paid employment in either hospitality, retail, l;ogistics, construction, business and evenrts, or conservation and eco land managment. Particpants in eeach of the community projects were employed for between 20 weeks and ongoing permanent roles in providing core community services, building and creating new community assets such as the new Ipswich West Moreton Community food Hub and the Chuwar Conservation Reserve; or staging and managing a range of free or low cost community events or community activities priced to be accessible by families of all incomes.
