Over the year we held the Overcoming Problems Training Program that included classes and meditations that assisted people to overcome problems, stress and improve their general health and well being. We operated Shambhala Retreat on Magnetic Island solely by volunteers, offering accessible holidays for the whole family with discounted short term accommodation for the sick, aged and disabled. Since the purpose of our charity is to utilise Tibetan healing practices for the benefit of the community, the activities achieved the purpose during the year.
