Thrive Group Tasmania Inc.

Our mission is to create opportunities for Tasmanian children and their families to lead lives full of possibility and to thrive. Thrive Group Tasmania Inc employs over 150 staff and engages over 70 FDC educators who all work towards providing high quality education and care to children and their families throughout Tasmania through the provision of centre based early learning, outside school hours care and family day care services. We strive to provide high quality education and care services to children in remote and regional areas which in turn allow families to access further education and employment opportunities as a secondary outcome. All our activities are carried out through the lens of our core values of respect, integrity, collaboration and excellence. Throughout 2024, we worked closely with local communities to collaborate on providing educational experiences and meeting their education and care needs to ensure the best outcomes for the Tasmanian children who access our services. We are constantly exploring new opportunities to help assist families to access the education and care that they desperately need, especially in regional and remote communities around Tasmania and could not do this without vital support from the Australian Government
