Our organisation is dedicated to empowering Cambodians and addressing complex social justice issues. We achieve this by implementing grassroots community consultation methods, community development techniques, and strengthsbased case management. We work directly with children and families, making a significant impact on their lives. We actively involve local communities in our decisionmaking processes, seeking their input and understanding their unique needs. This approach enables us to design programs that are relevant and impactful. Our community development approach is evidencebased, focusing on education, health, and social services. We aim to empower individuals and families to break the cycle of poverty and improve their quality of life. We recognise the inherent strengths of each individual and work to identify and build upon them through our case management approach. This fosters resilience and selfsufficiency. Our programs are designed to serve vulnerable children and families directly. We offer education, healthcare, and psychosocial support, among other services. All our work is directed towards achieving our mission of empowering Cambodians and promoting social justice.
