The Unit Support Committee TS Albatross Incorporated

The Australian Navy Cadets is a program focused on personal development for young people. Conducted by the Australian Navy in partnership with the community, it aims to contribute to the nation by enhancing the skills and character of individuals while also benefiting their communities and the Australian Navy. Through engaging activities and training, cadets develop important life skills, teamwork, and leadership abilities. Navy Cadets engage in a range of activities, both on land and water, aimed at fostering leadership, teamwork, and selfconfidence. They receive training in seamanship, including navigation, sailing, and marine engineering. The Unit Support Committee (USC) for TS Albatross Navy Cadet Unit in Warrawong plays a vital role in providing financial and administrative assistance. Its primary goal is to raise essential funds to support the Cadet Unit's activities while also ensuring that the necessary resources and equipment are available for smooth operations. Comprised entirely of volunteers, the USC operates as a nonprofit organisation, relying on various fundraising efforts to achieve its mission.
