We designed, built and now operate the world's first certified passive house building in a sub tropical cimate providing training, advice, facilities and demonstations as per our Trust Objects. This has put our NFP centre stage in the world for this achievement and we continue to use our knowledge and expertise to encourage more of these buildings to be designed and built. We continued to provide a dynamic precinct where RTOs continue to deliver training in an industry that is otherwise a poor trainer in areas of high risk work licensing which improves safety, productivty. We again provided a scholarship (The Chris Barnard Award) to assist in the governance skills of emerging leaders within our broader industry as per the Objects of our Trust
