Sir David Martin Foundation helps young people in crisis and the Martin family continues to drive the vision of Sir David, to give safety, hope and opportunity to vulnerable young Australians. Through philanthropy, the Foundation helps young people in crisis by enabling best practice models of treatment for youth drug and alcohol addiction. The Foundation is the major funder of Mission Australia s Triple Care Farm, in NSW Southern Highlands, a unique, holistic treatment centre which each year gives over 200 vulnerable young Australians, aged 1624, a safe place to get well and prepare for new opportunities. In partnership with Mission Australia and based on an evidencebased model of care at Triple Care Farm the Foundation also funds Aftercare to another four youth residential rehabilitation sites across the country. Over 3,000 young people s lives have been saved. Our vision has empowered these young people to independence with 83% engaged in education and employment.
