The Trustee For Plan B Trustees Aboriginal Peoples Trust

The Trust is a Native Title Trust that operates via a trust deed with specific charitable objects. The advisory Trustees provide recommendations to the trustee as to the proposed distribution of funds in accordance with those objects in areas to benefit the relevant indigenous communities such as health, education, poverty relief, transport, communication and the promotion of indigenous culture. The Trust has made beneficiary distributions of $2,112,174 in the 2024 reporting period as per the Change of Equity Statement in the 2024 Annual Financial Report.
