The Trustee for Pembroke Public Ancillary Fund

The principal activity of the Fund is for the purpose of providing money, property or benefits to or for Eligible Entities or the establishment of Eligible Entities as the Trustee decides, in accordance with the Public Ancillary Fund Guidelines 2011. The Fund is endorsed by the Australian Taxation Office as a deductible gift recipient under item 2 of the table in Section 3015 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997.
