About The Trustee for North West Land Trust
The charity owns and operates two rural properties, returned to the Aboriginal people of NW NSW. Leased portions of the properties for grazing and cropping purposes draws income sufficient to maintain and run the remainder of the unleased portions. Land management is a priority on all properties. A project to construct a food store in the remote town of Goodooga, NSW has been jointly funded by NIAA & ISLC with the store providing food security for the community since 2022.
