NCDT #1 provides relief from hardship for Australian Navy Clearance Divers (CDs) and their beneficiaries. While there are mechanisms for support through Royal Australian Navy and Department of Veteran Affairs, there are inevitably gaps due to timing or scope of support. NCDT #1 will provide financial support from funds raised to ensure hardship is mitigated in parallel with working with RANCDA to ensure that CD has access to all options that can assist in their specific circumstances
