We aim to achieve our mission by facilitating and supporting awareness campaigns, programs and partnerships which: Improve life skills and resilience of individuals in our community, Cultivate the confidence of people to make connections, Encourage wellbeing and early help seeking, Increase awareness of suicide prevention and reduce the stigma which surrounds suicide and mental ill health.
