Annual trust income is to be used for the following purpose(s): a) providing for Social Outings and recreational services for children for the time being in the residential care of the Society, and for disabled children who are not in the residential care of the Society but who are receiving benefits from the activities of the Society or from the services provided by the Society; b) providing pocket money for such children for the time being in the residential care of the Society who would otherwise lack pocket money. the decision as to the amount of pocket money to be given and as to who should be recipients of it to be in the sole and absolute discretion of the Superintendent or other appropriate officer of the Society; c) providing pocket money for such children for the time being who are not in the residential care of the Society but who are receiving benefits from the activities of the Society or from the services provided by the Society, they being children who would otherwise lack pocket money, the decision as to the amount of pocket money to be given and as to who should be recipients of it to be in the sole and absolute discretion of the Superintendent or other appropriate officer of the Society.
