About The Torah Centre Welfare Fund Ltd.
The Welfare Fund through personal contact and professional recommendations, successfully identifies individuals and families who need extra assistance, due to circumstances beyond their control. This has become even more important due to the higher costs of living and the rise in rental costs. The assistance alleviates some of the costs of housing, food, clothing and other immediate needs that have arisen under special compassionate circumstances.
