Our charity advanced its mission of reducing isolation and fostering empowerment for people impacted by sexual violence through the delivery of survivorled peer support groups ( MeetUps ) held both in person and online. These safe, nonjudgemental spaces enabled participants to connect through shared lived experience, helping them feel believed, supported, and less alone. Through our MeetUps, survivors experienced improved social connection, increased confidence in helpseeking, and strengthened community awareness demonstrating meaningful progress toward our core aims of healing, empowerment, and community building.
