At The Shepherd Centre, our vision is to create a world of choice for children, teens and young people with hearing loss. During 2024, TSC supported 883 children on their journey toward a brighter future. We opened a new centre in Oran Park in western Sydney, moved into new premises in Hobart and purchased premises in Launceston. These expansions reflect our ongoing commitment to offer accessible support for families wherever they are. Our early intervention program had 54 graduates ready to embrace their school years. Our Hear For You program empowers school aged children and teens on a pathway of support. Our ongoing advocacy for state government funding for First Sounds Cochlear Implant Program honours the deep connections with our donors and supporters by recognizing their generosity for this program in difficult economic times.
