We provided financial support, supplies, physical labour and transport to wildlife and domestic animal carers that are rehabilitating animals for release / rehoming We offered support to carers in the way of company, meal preparation and assistance with maintenance duties around their propertys in the areas the animals reside/are rehabilitated We assisted in the planting and expansion of plantations of eucalyptus trees and other native species across our region We supported wildlife, wildlife carers and wildlife groups in the emergency response of the Christmas/New Year floods in Far North Queensland 23/24 We supported the protection of multiple flying fox colonies in Queensland and provided essential data to aid the protection of these colonies. We supported physically and financially the Flying Fox starvation event (Summer 23/24). This included sending medical supplies, suppliments, formulas and fruit around Queensland to help absorb the costs associated with the excess young and sick that came into care accross the state.
