The Personnel Group (TPG) has had a sole purpose since inception to relieve poverty and distress within specific cohorts through targeted employment support services to individuals with a disability/mental health condition who are significantly disadvantaged in accessing the labour market and are at risk of long term unemployment. TPG's purpose is equity and inclusion through employment, health, training and community services. With one in four Australians identified as having a disability or mental health condition, the organisation continues to meet a significant community need.
