Empowering Individuals & Families o Providing handson support rather than just handouts, ensuring people receive guidance, resources, and encouragement to build selfsufficiency. o Offering NDIS support services to help individuals with disabilities navigate their plans and access essential services. o Facilitating mental health support programs that encourage selfreflection, emotional wellbeing, and open discussions about vulnerability, particularly among men. 2. Addressing Homelessness & Social Barriers o Running mobile outreach initiatives to support those at risk of or experiencing homelessness. o Connecting individuals with employment, and essential services to promote stability and independence. o Partnering with local businesses to redistribute unsold food and grocery items to those in need. 3. Creating Inclusive Communities o Encouraging businesses and individuals to actively participate in fostering a more inclusive and compassionate society through sponsorships, volunteer opportunities, and employment pathways. 4.
