We established a pilot mentoring program under our Small Business Coaching Program. This involved signing a Memorandum of Understanding with our Cambodian partner and planning for the commencement of the pilot. We began planning a Nepal trip as part of our Immersive Change Maker Program. This involved reconnecting with partners in Nepal and gaining commitment to work on a trip, planning an itinerary and volunteer projects and budgeting We finalised the text of the book we coauthored with the Little Go Getters as part of our Enterprising Kids Program. We connected our Little Go Getters partner with a contact interested to provide local Myanmar communities access to the Little Go Getters series. We developed a trailer for a potential podcast Volunteer your way to promote The Mad Cow Project s work. We maintained our connection with our Sri Lankan partner by volunteering photography services to their Sydney Bridging Lanka Gala '23. We promoted our organisation by publishing our first impact report.
