The Limestone Coast Symphony Orchestra IncRegistered

This year the orchestra held two concerts at the Sir Robert Helpmann Theatre in Mount Gambier, reaching a combined audience of more than 600 people. One concert included a more traditional gala style program, and gave our regional musicians the opportunity to develop their musical skills by rehearsing and performing with our orchestra. The second program aimed to reach a new audience and was comprised of more contemporary music. During this reporting period, the orchestra also worked to raise funds through initiatives such as a movie fundraiser and volunteering at the Generations in Jazz festival in Mount Gambier. The orchestra's string players also gave a free preshow performance to the public, in the foyer of the Sir Robert Helpmann Theatre prior to the ACO Collective concert.
