The Junction Works' mission is to create possibilities in people s lives by delivering highquality support and services that foster greater independence, participation, and inclusion for individuals with disabilities and their families. Over the past year, we have achieved significant outcomes aligned with our mission and main aims through the following initiatives: Supported Independent Living (SIL) Programs: We have expanded and enhanced our SIL services, supporting participants to live independently with tailored care plans. This has empowered individuals to achieve personal goals, develop daily living skills, and build meaningful connections within their communities. Capacity Building Initiatives: Our focus on participantcentric programs, such as life skills training, employment preparation, and social engagement opportunities, has enabled individuals to increase their autonomy and actively contribute to their communities. Allied Health Partnerships: We have strengthened collaborations with allied health professionals to deliver integrated therapeutic support, improving the physical and mental wellbeing of participants. Children and Youth Services: We have delivered targeted programs for children and young people, including OOSH, educational support, and recreational activities, creating opportunities for them to thrive, build resilience, and develop essential life skills in a supportive environment.
