The Here for Good Foundation Incorporated

In 2024, the Here for Good Foundation reestablished the Hunt for a Hero Awards to recognise and support individuals and organisations making a tangible difference in the fight against domestic violence. This initiative was created in response to the urgent need to acknowledge the frontline workers, advocates, and community leaders who dedicate their time and expertise to protecting and empowering those affected by domestic violence. The awards highlight the courage and resilience of those working in crisis response, legal advocacy, mental health support, and community education. By shining a light on their efforts, the Foundation aims to not only celebrate their contributions but also drive greater awareness and funding towards essential services. Through financial grants, mentorship opportunities, and public recognition, the Hunt for a Hero Awards reinforce our ongoing commitment to ensuring that those on the frontline receive the resources and support they need to continue their vital work. We also ran our education program for DV and launched our phase 2 of the social media campaign to propagate good quality education
