The GOGO Foundation

We provided our trauma informed, wrap around and personcentred program, the Inclusive Work Program, to women and nonbinary folks across metropolitan Adelaide to support them to overcome personal and systemic complex and intersectional barriers to employment and social inclusion. Through IWP participants are taught modern work skills, learn wellbeing and social skills, develop friendships within an inclusive and supportive community, are introduced to employers and study opportunities, all while building their selfconfidence, selfadvocacy, agency and workreadiness. Graduates of IWP received ongoing support to secure safe, sustainable and suitable employment.
