We provided wellbeing services including EAP through subsidiary Converge International to a wide range of businesses across Australia. We provided faith and work integration resources through a program with partner churches. Midway through this reporting period, certain strategic decisions were made by the board of The Different Co. about our operations (as distinct from those delivered by our subsidiary), resulting in the closure of the charity's own operations and the redundancy of its employees. The charity currently has no employees. However, in addition to the services of the subsidiary, the charity has and will continue to pursue its charitable purpose in other ways such as the faith & work program with churches.
