The Borderlands Co-Operative Limited

We provided a seminar series on alternative economics, and continued our 3CR weekly radio program, both aimed at public education on contemporary issues. Two groups of Social Work students undertook their placements at Borderlands, focussing on communitybuilding and building skills for local research. Regular newsletters kept members informed and diverse groups accessing facilities for meetings. Applications for funding and auspicing small groups continued. The history of the Australian Multicultural Community Services organisation was completed and launched; while we employed a parttimer to work with African communities in relation to the Voice to Parliament referendum.
