In 2024, our focus has been on alleviating key pain points for our community providing a framework for increased peertopeer support, while walking hand in hand with our advocates to be a voice to Parliament and drive meaningful change in how kidney disease is understood and addressed. We commenced a dedicated First Nations Kidney Health program, strengthening our commitment to culturally appropriate care, and successfully trialled the Kidney Health 4 Life wellbeing program to support people in their daytoday management of kidney disease. We also supported healthcare teams through the delivery of clinical guidelines, education, and programs aimed at improving the early detection and management of chronic kidney disease (CKD), and contributed to research projects focused on improving the lives of those living with CKD.
