About Tenzin Palmo Initiatives Incorporated

TPI provides direct financial support to several Tibeta Buddhist Nunneries including Dongyu Gatsal Ling and Tayul Nunnery in India and Lhapag Nunnery in Tibet. These donations supported building retreat huts and grounds work, daily maintenance, salaries, medical care and daily meals for Nuns. TPI, through the Alliance of Non Himalayan Nuns, also supported individual Buddhist nuns from Western countries with travel expenses to attend training, teachings and to complete personal retreat.
