We provide nocost legal advice and resources to tenants in need of assistance, in particular to people facing higher risk of financial or personal harm if their need is not met. This support prevents evictions into homelessness and the physical and mental health impacts of living without adequate housing. We deliver this work directly through our Advice Line, our website and our legal practice. We also train and support Tenant Advocates in delivering support to tenants in need. We advocate for law and policy changes to ensure all tenants have stable, liveable, and affordable homes which helps them avoid future harm.
