Tenants Queensland works to assist residential renters achieve safe and secure tenancies by providing high quality, free and independent legal and tenant advisory services. Key services are delivered through the Community Legal Service Program (CLSP) and the Queensland Statewide Tenant Advice and Referral Services (QSTARS). The service aims to empower renters to manage their own tenancy issues when they are able, providing additional support to vulnerable and disadvantaged renters, and those with complex matters.
