About Temora Aviation Museum Incorporated
The charity maintains an aviation museum in Temora, NSW. The museum displays and maintains a number of significant historic Australian warbirds, the majority of which are owned by the RAAF, including two operational Spitfires and the only operational Hudson bomber in the world. The museum has conducted a number of interviews with veterans from various combat theatres and runs an Unsung Heroes recording program featuring those interviews at the Museum. The Museum, where possible, maintains aircraft in flightworthy condition. In conjunction with the Temora Historic Flight Club, regular flying displays utilising the Museum s and RAAF aircraft are conducted. The Museum is run by local staff from the Temora community.
