TasWriters works as an advocacy, outreach and support service for Tasmania s many aspiring, emerging and established writers. Its programs concentrate on promoting Tasmanian writers by engaging with a range of audiences, agents, publishers and projects. Our normal program of events, workshops and festival is held around the city and across the state. We provide advice, a manuscript assessment service and the opportunity for experienced, published writers to present workshops. We always pay at the ASA recommended pay rates.
