Tableland Community Link (TCL) advances its mission by delivering inclusive and accessible services, fostering community engagement and support for vulnerable individuals. Through alignment with NDIS standards and personalised care from skilled staff, TCL empowers participants to achieve independence and inclusion. Community space 'The Grove' and events like Walking hockey strengthen community connections, promoting a culture of support and collaboration. We have future plans to build The Gap which will be living options for people with a disability and or mental illness.
