Sydney Community Service provides support and information to people aged over 65 and people living with a disability. We also provide Targeted Early Intervention for Youth. Our aim is to enable people to live an independent quality life whilst remaining in their own home. Supports include home nursing , in home podiatry, home maintenance and home modification, gardening, home delivered meals, linen services, domestic assistance services, shopping services, support, information, continence advisory services, transport, social support for groups, social support for individuals, flexible respite, community building, disability services, disability activities, day care centre, outings services, community transport, social activities for aged, aged fitness, targeted early intervention etc. We have 63 paid employees and 150 volunteers.
