Having previously raised funds for other charities and causes, in September 2018, the opportunity arose to consider fundraising for SEL s own Shoalhaven Family Facility cause, now named the Superheroes Community Care River Retreat and Sunset Haven Retreat in Shoalhaven Heads NSW. The Sunset Haven Retreat will be relocating to Perth, Western Australia in June 2025. This will be our first interstate Retreat. The purpose of the Retreats is to provide sponsored shortstay accommodation for families with chronically ill kids, families requiring benevolent assistance and carers. The River Retreat is in a prime waterfront position on the beautiful Shoalhaven River and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 residents. It has been renovated to a higher standard, and has 2 bedrooms in the main house, and 1 bedroom in the self contained annex. The Sunset Haven Retreat will be located in the outer suburb of Perth, Western Australia. To assist with its fundraising and charity mission, SEL has finalized arrangements with Supanova Expo Pty Ltd to be our Charity Partner, which includes fundraising all round Australia for our Retreats. Supanova is also now the Naming Rights Sponsor of our Retreats. All below listed charity programs are fundraising for the Superheroes Community Care Retreats.
